Benefits of Guts, Glutes and Goats
Research has shown that exercise offers many physical and mental benefits, however recent twists on this early practice offer an increased level of relaxation and healing, in addition to the high level of cuteness! While there are benefits of a good ol' workout, research has shown that interaction with animals can also have many health benefits. The concept of working out with goats gallivanting around you is the perfect mix of fun, relaxation and socialization.
In this hour long class the first 45 minutes will be a combination of different low strain, high impact exercises all while enjoying the company of these furry little friends! The final 15 minutes will be free time for you to take selfies with our resident goats, get to know our instructor or ask questions.
